With our own Metal Shop Department, we can custom build any size Exhaust Hood System to fit inside your restaurant. Type 1 Hood
Commonly used in restaurants with any open flame equipment, is a system designed to capture and remove smoke, grease, and heat, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
Type 2 Hood
Typically used in cafes and coffee shops and is specifically designed to remove heat, steam, and odor generated small cooking appliances like oven, toasters or sandwich presses that does not have any open flame.

Make up Air

Here is what our installation includes:
Stainless Steel Wall
The stainless steel wall is installed directly under the hood, which is located above the cooking area. The wall extends down to the floor and is usually made of durable stainless steel material that is easy to clean and maintain with the benefit of reducing fire hazards.
Fire Suppression System
A safety mechanism that suppresses fires in a building or facility. It consists of detectors, alarms, and extinguishers that work together to prevent the spread of flames.
Duct Work
We install system of pipes or channels that are used to transport air, gases, and other substances within a building or structure. It is commonly used for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Exhaust Fan
The mechanical ventilation device that is used to remove stale air, smoke, or grease from cooking. It works by pulling air out of the space and expelling it to the outdoors, promoting fresh air circulation and improving indoor air quality.
Make up Air
After polluted air is removed by exhaust fans, the make-up air system bring in fresh air that is necessary to maintain proper air balance and prevent negative pressure in the restaurant, which can lead to issues such as backdrafting and poor indoor air quality.

ROOF PENETRATION & ROOF PATCHING
Roof penetrations for exhaust and make up air ventilation along with roof patching. Please have your contractor or roofing company provide this scope of work.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
Please have a licensed electrician ready after the kitchen exhaust hood system is complete.
